How do I place an order?
Click "Build Your PC" at the top of our website to get started. Our online PC builder will guide you step-by-step on building the right gaming PC for your needs and budget.
How long will it take?
On average it takes about 2-3 weeks for our team to build, test, QA, and package your order. Once it ships, it will depend on the shipping method you've selected.
- Inventory: up to 5 business days
- Assembly: up to 3 business days
- Testing & QA: up to 3 business days
- Packaging: up to 2 business days
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy from the day you receive your order.
Re-stocking fees may apply unless there is a hardware issue with the PC that the Build Redux team is able to replicate.
Can you explain your warranty?
All orders placed with Build Redux include a 2-year parts and labor limited warranty. We will repair or replace defective hardware free of charge as long as they have not been physically damaged or abused.
Within the first year, customers can take advantage of our "Advanced Warranty Replacement" service in which Build Redux will send you the replacement part first while placing a hold on a customer credit card. After the first year, customers will receive "Standard Warranty Replacement" service in which the customer is to first ship the suspected defective component to Build Redux for examination and replacement.
*The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Build Redux after 60 days of original delivery.
Do you setup and install Windows, drivers, etc?
Yes, our team will take care of everything for you. Your computer will be ready to play when you receive it. Our team will build, setup, and test the PC before it ships.

Issues while playing games?
Updating your graphics card driver and checking for any new patches for your game tends to resolve most issues.
No video on display when you turn on the PC?
Make sure your display is plugged into the graphics card instead of the motherboard. Verify the monitor is set to the correct input.
Blue screen or other stability issues?
If you just received your system, the graphics card or memory modules may need to be reseated. If the PC has been working fine in the past, try to do a Windows system point restore first, if that doesn't help use the Windows Memory Diagnostic test.
